One of the staff was extremely rude (she might have been the owner). There was no one in front of us but it took 3 hours for 3 of us to get our nails done. Two of the techs, although one was actually very nice, struggled with getting the gel polish on without it dripping and had to redo their work over and over. The man tech blamed it on our genetics because it was my mom and me that had the difficulty with the polish dripping and not drying. He also went on to comment about how my pinky toe looks funny.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, they added charges to our bill without even asking if we wanted the extra service (cuticles cut). Would not recommend.
They get one star instead of zero because they did offer us water and fruit snacks for my daughter.
I got gel fake nails done here a few weeks ago. It was a painful experience as my nail beds on 6 nails were nicked and were bleeding as I was getting it done. I am a quiet person so I just suffered through it, but I will not be returning again.
Man these ladies were so nice! I went on to have my toes fixed and they went above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my nails. I will go no where else in town
I really enjoyed our experience there. Great atmosphere and lots of color options. Michael did an awesome job on both the mani and pedi. He was very gentle but still thorough and incredibly precise. My partner had another lady who seemed to treat him the same way! I got gel polish on my hands and they look great! They are very clean and feel very strong. Will definitely be returning to this place.
Gel pedicure was nice, massage chair was relaxing but manicure polish was not great. 1st polish didn't dry smooth so they were nice enough to repaint with a different color. However the 2nd polish was not painted on well, as you can see it doesn't cover the entire nail, it is sloppy and both coats didn't dry well either. The manicure wasn't worth the money. Maybe a different tech would have done better. Oh well.
Got dip manicure - overall nails were a little untidy (filing and polish) and my thumb nail chipped 2 days later. Establishment was clean and staff was friendly.
I loved the fact that they were able to get me in in time for my wedding. I wanted a film strip on 2 of my nails and she drew them on with just a tiny brush. They look amazing!
So kind! They got us in as a walk in offered us drinks, wanted to learn our names and called us by them. Very sweet staff and great work, seemed very genuinely nice people and good business!
