I love this place! They give a really good pedicure. They get busy so you're best bet is to call before you go so you don't wait as long. The staff is so kind. The owner is the sweetest lady.
I literally won't go anywhere else ever again! Chi is the best! I went to another nail salon before (JJ nails) and they totally failed with my acrylics to the point where I could have gotten an infection, but Chi took the time to fix them and now they are perfect. Don't waste your time and money by going to another place, JN Nails is the best!
They are understaffed, so make sure to call ahead to be considerate and to make sure you'll have enough time (I think this is the main cause of the negative reviews I've seen because my experience has always been great).
The man who worked on my hands and feet was aggressive clipping. He cut deep both of my big toes on the SIDE and pulled the nail from my skin. I have trauma on both toes and fear paryonchia and ingrown nails. I verbally yelled out twice in pain. My hands are sore from his sanding the nails.
The design looks nice on both my toes and fingers but I will not go back.
I don't recommend this place, yesterday I went to make my nails in acrylic and I don't like it at all. you have to pay extra if you want a figure or design and they didn't look very well, I told her that I wanted manicure to remove my cuticles and they didn't, and the worst thing is that just one day after I get them, my color is falling ????????????????
And I don't bite my nails, try to fix it with a nail file, because the paint was getting up more and more????????????????

I LOVE JN NAILS! I am the type of girl that always goes to different salons in search of the best salon. I never found one I like enough to hook, line and sinker my business..... until I went into JN nails! The man who works there gives the best pedicures of all time (massage, pampering, nail color, etc).
They took care.of me and my little girl for our birthdays. Very clean, nice people, always professional, and best part is that they are open Sundays. Thank you for be available for us on Sundays
I stopped in nearly 3 hours before the posted closing time and requested a deluxe pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was great until the tech didn't know how to use the polish I requested. Then the manager, who is apparently the only person who can do nails decided that it's now close to closing time so I will have to leave without getting my nails done. Of course, by this time it's too late for me to go somewhere else.
