Got there with an appointment that we made they asked us to sit down and wait with our feet in the water. We did for 2 HOURS. They did not get to us for 2 hours after our "appointment" time. For starters the place was disgusting. I sat there watched her use cuticle cutters on a man did not clean them and used them on someone else. So they are not sanitary at all. The woman that did our toe nails did an okay job but they kept accepting everyone that came through the door making them wait and rushing to get through the people that were already there. To get more money. I dont get my nails done ever so I didn't realize there would be extra charges for gel or whatever else. They didn't say anything would be extra. So it was $110 for this. I asked her to fix my thumb she said "oh no I haven't shaped them yet its okay" and my left thumb nail looks like it's leaning to the right. The nails are flat and the paint is over my cuticles she didn't cut my nails at all or fix my cuticles she rushed through the entire thing. When she was done "shaping' my nails she didn't even ask me to go wash the dust off my fingers and just started painting over the dust! Will never return and will tell everyone I know to never come here.
I love this place and TINA!! She’s the best and always exceeds my expectations. I love her so much!! I’ve been going to get my nails done for almost a year and the bar is always set high. Nail designs are not a problem for this place as you can see!
Tina did an AMAZING job she did her own thing with the flowers, and they look amazing. She even scheduled me in AFTER HOURS to get the job done. Very grateful for that as well!! I have been a customer for well over 12 years and they never fail to impress me. Thanks guys

My friend and I were walk ins and we got pedicures and our nails done, while I was getting my nails done the lady that I had was rushing through and kept sighing wouldn’t have a conversation with me. Once she was done painting my toes she told me to go sit down in her chair so she could do my nails, she didn’t even help me get my things or even very friendly. When it came to my nails she was very pushy and wouldn’t let me tell her if I wanted them shorter. Half way through my nails she was on the phone and very disrespectful. The place not clean at all. I will never go back!!!! When my friend was getting her toes done the guy didn’t even give her the same thing I got didn’t even get her in grown toe nails (which she was ok with due to sanitary reasons). While she was getting her nails done by a girl the girl had an open sore on her hand didn’t have it covered. I had to pay 100.00 which I got full set plus gel pedicure, she paid 95.00 she didn’t get the same treatment I got and got a full set and regular polish. Makes no sense to me. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
Would not recommend. Only 3 people doing nails. Crooked nails 4 layers of gel on top of nail. Not sure why they ask what shape you want just looks like pink bubbles on your nails and paint doesn’t go back to cuticle looks like they’ve grown out for 3 weeks. So… $55 for bad nails that my 13 year old sister could do. Not very attentive to any requests you may have about shape or anything. Save your self time and money just don’t go

I had gotten a mani/pedi. The nail tech hurt my toes. Then cut my finger nails shorter than I wanted. My nail art was great but both thumb nails chipped within a half hour. I went back and had them fixed and again they chipped. Also my fingers hurt so bad when I bump them on anything I try to pick up. even typing this hurts. I have never had this kind of experience in the many years of getting my nails done.
